My reply to Dellysda
Brace yourself, Delly, there’s gonna be a hole in your pocket if you ever want to purchase everything.
OR DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A DEAL WITH ME??

ESTIMATED PRICES OF THE SIMS 2 PRODUCTS
p.s. I round everything UP. Even if it’s supposed to be rounded down.

The Sims 2 – Base game
{ $55 }
>> There’s a DVD version of it and I think it’s much more expensive.
Don’t buy the DVD one if you’re not sure if your computer has a DVD drive.
Whichever you buy, it doesn’t make a difference. You still get the same stuff.

The Sims 2 – Expansion Packs
{ $45 }
>> Currently includes University , Nightlife , Open for Business and Pets . In Season is coming out soon. No one has the exact date yet.
I have UNI and PTS. My aunt is thinking of getting me OFB but NOT NL.
She says she doesn’t want me to end up being a party animal going to night clubs and discos every night [INFLUENCE].

The Sims 2 – Stuff Packs
{ $25 }
>> Examples of SP are Family Fun Stuff , Glamour Life and Happy Holidays .
HH is available with TS2 base game. So technically, the combination costs more.

MY SUMMARY
Overall, I think that TS2 is really an enjoyable game. You can use the easy way out by using cheats to get money, stop aging, speed death up and lots more. I personally don’t like playing with cheats. I enjoy challenging myself. If you can wait, The Sims 3 is coming out somewhen in 2009!
